Halloween Trick or Treat

Monday, October 31st

In a spooky partnership with the North Columbia Heights Civic Association and the 11th Street businesses we’ll host a Trick-or-Treat Halloween event for neighborhood children. At 4:00pm we’ll kick off the night with a fun and spooky carnival on Harriet Tubman Field. The carnival will culminate in a kids costume contest at 5:30pm. Then at 6:00pm families can take their little ghouls and goblins to participating 11th Street businesses to safely trick-or-treat.

Event Schedule

Halloween Carnival: 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Costume Contest: 5:00pm – 5:30pm

Dog Costume Contest: 5:30pm – 6:00pm

Trick or Treating: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
